Carolyn Reeves

Carolyn has been a licensed realtor for over 40 years. She has SFR, CRS designations, and is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider. As a Colorado native, Carolyn has lived and worked in Fremont County for 33 years.

She opened her independent office of Metro Brokers in 1995 and now has five agents working with her. Carolyn resides on a small ranch south of town with her husband, Don, to whom she has been married for over 50 years. They have two sons who have both been married for over 30 years and five grandchildren.

Carolyn has a broad knowledge base in real estate and, most importantly, enjoys assisting buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals.

Phillip (Shane) Reeves

Shane is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider and a business owner in Florence, CO. Before embarking on his real estate journey, Shane received his Master’s Degree in Social Work and was in the US Marine Corp.

He has lived in Southern Colorado his entire life and in Fremont County for the last 23 years. He is happily married for 32 years to his wife, Carla, and two children Austin and Baylee. When he’s not helping clients with their real estate needs, you can find him coaching Varsity Baseball at Florence High School.

Julie Reeves

Julie is a Colorado native and has lived and worked in Fremont County since 1992. As a licensed realtor since 2014, Julie has received a SFR designation and helped many families find homes.

She lives on a small ranch outside town and has three children. What Julie loves the most about being a Realtor is the opportunity to help other people become homeowners.

She has been able to see the joy it can bring to families that want a place to call their own or expand their current housing to accommodate their growing families. Whatever their needs may be, Julie believes it is an honor to be a part of their journey.

Gayle Harp

As a Colorado native, Gayle grew up in Cañon City and graduated from CCHS. She traveled the country while working for Time Warner and returned home in 2012.

Gayle loves that real estate allows her to help people start new chapters in life through changing their current living situations.
Whether it’s finding the right home for first-time homeowners or using her experience to help homeowners sell their current homes, she is happy to help with it all.

She is a proud parent of two, with one son being a Master Sergeant in the USAF and her daughter as a stay-at-home mother enriching the lives of her two grandsons.

Lori Regester

Lori has been in the real estate business since March 1987. She has been a general contractor of custom homes in Woodland Park, Breckenridge, Teller, and Summit Counties for 20 years and the construction business for 50 years.

She is a mom, grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Lori loves finding the perfect property for buyers and helping sellers sell their homes and start a new adventure.
